Practice Circles

Realising our common unity

Practice Circles offer you the opportunity to engage in contemplative practice with others on a regular basis. They’re a way of partaking in and realising our common unity.

Each Practice Circle is a closed group that meets via Zoom for 6 ~ 8 consecutive weeks on Friday mornings at 8am NZST. The gatherings run for 90 minutes.

We begin with a period of meditation and silence, followed by the recitation of a focussing text that’s resonant with the Wisdom path and serves as a gateway to further contemplation.

We sometimes extend our contemplation in writing, image-making, and/or simple conscious movement. There are opportunities to share with each other what emerges for us in contemplation but this is not an expectation.

I often share an illumination of the focussing text.

Gratitude from Participants

  • I appreciate Pip's humility and humour, and delight so much in her true embodiment of the teachings - I really sense the wider field through her. I feel so deeply grateful, enlivened and awake.

  • The practice circles I’ve been a part of have been wonderful. Pip’s ability to deeply hear what everyone brings and weave that into the teaching, the care and affirmation she offers, and the richness of the discussions have been a delight to be part of. There have been deep recognitions and turning points for me in these circles.

    Catherine

  • I'm sincerely grateful for Pip's work. It's a gift. It feels life-changing and life-enhancing. I haven't experienced embodied training and guidance like this anywhere else.
